These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you use the CALIXVAULT online store or purchase our products.

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CALIXVAULT online store and your purchase of products from VEKTOR OVERBRIDGE INC, doing business as CALIXVAULT. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies posted in the store, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store or place an order.

Eligibility and Account Information

You represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

Products, Fitment, and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors, finishes, images, specifications, availability, and packaging may vary from what is displayed or may change, to the extent permitted by law.

Some products are designed for particular vehicle configurations. You are responsible for confirming the vehicle year, make, model, trim, console configuration, and product-page compatibility information before ordering and installing a product. If you need help, contact support@calixvaults.com before purchase.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change before an order is accepted. We may correct pricing, product-description, or inventory errors and may cancel or limit orders where permitted by law. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept an order when we send a shipment-confirmation email or another express acceptance notice.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the total shown at checkout, including applicable sales tax and shipping charges. We may need to cancel or hold an order to verify payment information or to prevent fraud.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Our shipping, return, refund, and exchange terms are set out in the policies posted in the store. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, subject to the address restrictions in our Shipping Policy. International shipping is not available.

Proper Use and Installation

Use products only as intended and in accordance with included instructions, warnings, applicable law, and vehicle-manufacturer guidance. You are responsible for proper installation. Do not modify, alter, cut, drill, or reengineer the product or vehicle mounting points beyond steps described in official installation instructions. Unauthorized modification may void applicable warranty coverage to the extent allowed by law.

Our console safes are intended to provide theft-deterrent storage, not absolute protection against forced entry, theft, or loss. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to the possession, storage, and transport of items kept inside a product.

Warranty

CALIXVAULT has not published a separate written limited-warranty policy, and these Terms do not promise an additional written warranty. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, review our Returns and Refunds Policy and contact support@calixvaults.com with your order number and product details. Nothing in these Terms reduces any warranty, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Intellectual Property

The store and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to VEKTOR OVERBRIDGE INC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit this content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the store; interfere with its security or operation; use automated means to access it without permission; submit fraudulent orders; infringe intellectual-property rights; or use the store in violation of applicable law.

Third-Party Services and Links

The store may contain third-party services, applications, or links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated in an applicable written warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided without additional express or implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer protection right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CALIXVAULT and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of property, arising from or relating to use of the store or purchase, installation, or use of a product. Where permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid to us for the product giving rise to that claim. This limitation does not apply where law prohibits it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you are not displaced by this choice of law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the store with a revised Last Updated date. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date and do not alter the terms that applied to an order already accepted, unless required by law or expressly agreed.

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
